BASIC BIO: (Roxanne) was born in Jackson, Mississippi on March 14, 1972. She received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mississippi State University in 1994. Following her undergraduate career, Ms. Case attended Mississippi College School of Law as a Herin-Hess Scholar for three years earning her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1997. Ms. Case has been selected to serve as a statewide mediator in a program administered by the Administrative Law Section of the Mississippi State Bar and Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. Ms. Case is currently a member of the Mississippi State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Association for Self-Insurers, Hinds County Bar, and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Case’s practice involves workers’ compensation defense, including the handling of all matters before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission as well as workers’ compensation opinions, appellate work, and general insurance defense.
