DAVID E. STOVALL (David) was born in Flowood, Mississippi. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Mississippi State University in 2003 where he served as Treasurer and Vice-President of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Mr. Stovall received his Masters of Science degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2004 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. He served as President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and was honored as its 2007 Graduate Member of the Year. Mr. Stovall was a charter member and served as a Class Representative of the Mississippi College School of Law Republican Lawyer’s Association. He also served as Vice-President of the Christian Legal Society. Currently, he serves as Assistant President of Province 15 for Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and as Co-Chair of the Mississippi College School of Law Class of 2007. Mr. Stovall serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mississippi State University Central Mississippi Alumni Association. Mr. Stovall is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Hinds County Bar Association and Madison County Bar Association. He has been a member of the National Eagle Scout Association since 1994. His practice primarily consists of insurance defense litigation. Mr. Stovall is licensed to practice law in all Mississippi state courts, the Federal District courts in Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
